今天又到NYPL Digital Gallery 中去看了一下，其图片的数量已经由2005年3月份的275,000张增加到 415,000张，应该在不久就可以达到其承诺的50万张，好佩服，真的好佩服。我的本意是想找一下此项目管理方面的一些内容，也侧重一些技术上的处理，如ID号的管理等，但目前还没有发现，以后再找。
我倒是被NYPL的RSS服务倾倒，这比我们的短信服务相比，要更全面些。看他们的服务分类，其中有一条主线是以人为线的；我们的服务对象实际上隐含的都是全部读者，还没有对读者进行细分，值得学一学。
